Sales Price The sales price will be as displayed (display price/tax included).
Payment Methods and Timing Credit Card Payment: VISA, MASTER, JCB and AMEX are accepted.
Payment will be confirmed when the order is finalized.

Convenience Store Payment: Please make your payment within one week from the order date. Available convenience stores are FamilyMart, Lawson, Ministop, and Daily Yamazaki.

Product Delivery Timing

Products will be shipped within 5 business days after receiving the delivery request.

During the year-end/New Year holidays, Golden Week, and Obon season, delivery may take longer.

Cancellations

Returns, refunds, and exchanges due to customer convenience will not be accepted unless there is a defect in the product.

In the case of product defects or delivery errors, we will exchange the product for a non-defective item. In such cases, please contact the inquiry window listed at the bottom of the page within 7 days of receiving the product.
